The One Direction heartthrob may have a reputation as a womaniser, but it seems he is looking forward to settling down. When asked what he wants to do following the band’s success in the US, Harry hinted he may be turning his attentions to his private life.
“I haven’t had kids yet. I can’t wait to have kids. Quite broody. Yeah,” he said in an interview with British magazine Grazia.
However, when his bandmate Niall Horan pointed out that he was being quizzed on what he wants to “happen next”, Harry was quick to clarify his answer.
“I don’t mean right now. I mean, when I eventually have kids, that’s something I’m looking forward to,” he added.
The 19-year-old has attracted adoring fans all over the world thanks to his boyish good looks and curly hair. He is often surrounded by hysterical teenage girls who have a crush on him and admitted the attention can be overwhelming at times.
“It’s a bit weird,” he confessed. “I mean, you never walk around and think, ‘Everybody fancies me.’ But we’ll get over it.”
Harry was also reluctant to speak about money.
It has been claimed that One Direction will be worth a billion dollars by the end of 2013. This year has proved profitable for the boys following a successful world tour, the release of their 3D movie This Is Us and records sales of 30 million.
“We don’t really talk about that,” he replied when asked how much money he has.
When he was told other pop stars have boasted about their wealth in previous interviews, Harry was visibly shocked.
“Do they?” he said. “What? They just said how much they earned? We don’t talk about that.”
Simon is godfather to the actress’ s nine-year-old daughter Apple with Coldplay singer Chris Martin.
He has revealed that pastries are his secret to keeping his famous friends happy and while Gwyneth may be known for her strict exercise and dieting regime, Simon insists her brood love to eat.
“Muffins,” he told People magazine about how he stays on the right side of the Hollywood star. “Any kind of gift basket, maybe some toiletries.
“They eat anything, believe me,” he laughed “I go around there with a bag of éclairs every time I see them. They scoff ’em down, and I don’t even get any.”
Simon is crazy about his four-year-old daughter Matilda and was overcome with emotion when his musician pal Chris serenaded the little girl at birth.
“[Chris] sang a song for [Matilda] in Berlin when she was born,” he revealed. “He dedicated one of the songs, and I was really chuffed about it.
“She’s amazing. She’s the centre of my life, and I value spending time with her more than anything. She’s the best.”
The British funnyman co-wrote and stars in The World’s End – a comedy about a group of friends who reunite for a pub crawl and unwittingly becoming humankind’s only hope for survival.
He especially loved playing his character, Gary King in the movie because he got to wear Goth clothes.
“It was my favourite character to play, not least because I got to dress like I did when I was 18,” he told the Los Angeles Times.
The 40-year-old Bridesmaids star dated The Strokes drummer for 18 months before the couple called it quits in July.
Apparently Kristen is really struggling to get over the split and friends are concerned because she refuses to talk about it.
“She’s at a loss for what to do. She’s become very withdrawn. Everyone’s really worried about her,” a source told America’s Star magazine.
Kristen and Fabrizio were first romantically linked in December 2011 when they were seen kissing at a Black Keys concert.
The romance reportedly turned sour due to the actress’ alleged hard-partying ways.
“They were bad for each other. Kristen and Fabrizio were party buddies, and that was their undoing,” the insider said.
“They would hit all the dive bars in L.A. and the loft parties in New York City. He couldn’t keep up with her crazy, rock’n’roll-style rebellion.”
A source told Us Weekly at the time of their breakup the decision “was very amicable” and the pair “will remain friends”.
Kristen gushed about how much Fabrizio enriched her life last summer.
“I’m happier than I’ve ever been and I feel very lucky right now,” she was quoted saying in the August 2012 issue of America’s Marie Claire magazine.
She also spoke about her desire to live a fulfilled, exciting life outside of the movie business.
“When you’re on your deathbed you probably aren’t counting the movies you’ve made,” she said. “You’re looking at the people who are around you and thinking about the people in your life, and you can’t lose how important that is because that’s ultimately where happiness comes from.”
Kristen was married to actor Hayes Hargrove from 2005 until 2009.
Fabrizio has previously dated Hollywood star Drew Barrymore. The pair enjoyed a five-year relationship after meeting at a Strokes concert in 2002.
Christopher Mintz-Plasse would love to play more dramatic roles
26 August 2013
Christopher Mintz-Plasse has revealed he would relish the opportunity to play darker roles, following his villainous turn in Kick-Ass 2.
The 24-year-old – who’s best known for his comedic turns in Superbad, Role Models and Fright Night – got to show off his dramatic chops as Kick-Ass’ nemesis Chris D’Amico and his The Motherf***** alter-ego in the sequel.
“It’s made me hungrier. I would love to try some more things like this. This movie obviously has comedy and drama in it, but I would love to try something more dramatic straight after this,” he said.
Chris, who made his big-screen debut as Fogell ‘McLovin’ in Superbad alongside Michael Cera and Jonah Hill, admitted his latex outfit posed a sweaty challenge on set.
“It was a pain in the a**. It looks amazing on camera but it was a nightmare to wear. Wearing that for five hours a day, I would sweat out my whole body weight. All that matters is that it comes across well in the movie,” he joked.
The actor used an acting coach to help him get in touch with his darker side.
“I read the script and I was nervous because it’s unlike anything I’ve ever done before, so I got an acting coach. A month before filming, we would go through every scene and every line and figure out where the character needed to go emotionally,” he recalled.
He watched Heath Ledger‘s portrayal of the Joker in The Dark Knight as part of his preparation.
“I watched Heath Ledger’s Joker quite a bit and I researched The Punisher. I watched this really dark serial killer on trial – I studied his eyes and how lifeless they were, and tried to use that too,” he added.
The 44-year-old actress has been engaged to the Mulholland Drive star since August of last year and their relationship seems to only be getting stronger.
“Jen says she falls in love with him more every day,” a source told America’s OK! magazine.
Rumours the couple are expecting have followed the actress for months.
Jennifer is said to be hopeful she will soon have a pair of beautiful babies with her husband-to-be.
“Everyone’s on high alert. The dream is twins. She can’t wait to look into their eyes and see her and Justin’s faces staring back,” the insider said.
Jennifer recently addressed the rumours, shunning the notion starting a family is comparable to picking items from a “drive-through” menu.
The actress admits the constant peppering about getting pregnant annoys her, particularly when reporters compare her personal live to her film roles.
“Something about family and trying to relate it to the movie with, ‘Oh, if I was to have a child how many kids do I want?’ And ‘do I want a boy or a girl?’” she confessed in an interview with ABC News this month are questions that get her blood boiling.
“I didn’t realise you could place orders, I honestly didn’t realise it was like a drive-through, that you could talk to a little electronic voice,” she mused.
Jennifer Aniston‘s comedic talent has been praised by her We’re the Millers co-star.
The A-list actress stars in We’re the Millers with British actor Will Poulter.
The 20-year-old up-and-coming star says he was in awe of Jennifer’s acting ability on set.
“Playing Jennifer Aniston‘s son was pretty weird. Not only is she hot, but I’ve been a huge Friends fan from a young age, so it was just strange to work with her full stop,” Will joked to the latest edition of UK magazine Glamour. “It’s kind of scary how natural comedy comes to her – she’s done it a million times.”
In the movie Will portrays Kenny, a teenager that is used by Jason’s character to help him import drugs. In real life he’s nothing like his rebellious role.
“I’m not a big partier. Starting in the business young, I was warned about going off the rails; I’m 20 and skipped he wild child stage- fingers crossed I’m not going to end up a train wreck!” he exclaimed.
Will starred in 2010’s The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader for Fox Pictures and gritty indie drama Wild Bill. He shared what his next acting pursuit will be.
“I’ve been doing lots of wrestling lately for my next film, The Maze Runner,” he added. “It’s set in a post-apocalyptic world, so there’s been weaponry and combat work. To get into character, I learnt survival skills too: how to build a fire and make a hut from scratch.”
Gary and Martin Kemp are being reunited on the big screen in Assassin
22 August 2013
Martin and Gary Kemp are to reunite on the big screen in new British action film Assassin.
The Spandau Ballet siblings – who last appeared in a film together in 1991 gangster movie The Krays – will star opposite hardman Danny Dyer.
Ex-EastEnder Martin and his songwriter brother Gary will play sinister gangsters the Alberts in the action-love story about a contract killer who faces a dilemma when he realises his latest victim is the father of the woman he has fallen for.
Producer Jonathan Sothcott said: “The Krays is one of the best-loved British films of all time, an untouchable classic that only a lunatic would remake, but at the core of that movie are the fantastic performances of Martin and Gary.
“Reuniting them for Assassin is a real coup, a dream come true, and I know their army of fans are going to love seeing what unpleasant plans they have for Mr Dyer.”
The brothers played real life London gangsters Ronald and Reginald Kray on screen 22 years ago.
Assassin is due to begin filming on location in London in September and the film is set for release 2014.
Sothcott is a longtime collaborator of Danny’s, having previously produced his dvd Danny Dyer’s Football Foul Ups.
Sothcott has also produced a host of British gangster movies, similar to those Danny is famous for, such as The Business and The Football Factory.

Ricky Gervais could be taking David Brent onto the big screen
22 August 2013
Ricky Gervais has revealed plans to make a movie about his Office character David Brent.
The British comedian recently resurrected the former Wernham Hogg boss for Comic Relief, followed by of a series of YouTube videos titled Learn Guitar With David Brent.
Now Ricky has told The Hollywood Reporter he hopes they will be the basis for a movie about Brent trying to make it in the music industry.
He also confirmed to the magazine he is planning to sign a record deal for an album of music by his comedy alter-ego.
Earlier this year Ricky revealed he had received, “ridiculous offers from major record labels all over the world for a David Brent album”.
Now The Sun reports he is in talks with Polydor’s Fiction Records, whose acts include Elbow, Snow Patrol, Kaiser Chiefs and Ian Brown.
Ricky wrote Equality Street for charity Comic Relief this year, and previously included songs Free Love Freeway and Spaceman Came Down in the original series of BBC comedy The Office. He revealed writing Equality Street had inspired him to pen more songs by Brent.
One Direction star Liam Payne has said making the boyband’s new film was “nerve-wracking” but there could be a follow-up if it is a hit.
The singer and bandmates Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson were speaking at a press conference in north London ahead of the premiere of One Direction: This Is Us.
The film, made by Super Size Me director Morgan Spurlock, follows their life on the road during their rise to worldwide fame.
Liam said: “I think at the moment we just want to see how this one goes to be honest with you.
“It’s so nerve-wracking making the film and stuff. I was thinking the other day when we sit in the premiere and everybody is actually watching it on the big screen it’s going to be amazing but I don’t know, maybe we’ll see how this one goes, see if people like it.”
Harry said making the film was “really strange” but said at the same time “it kind of didn’t make that much of a difference”.
He said: “It was kind of just getting on with the day but there was someone in your way when you tried to get out of a door.”
The boyband, who were brought together on The X Factor, have topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic, becoming the first British act to top the Billboard chart with their debut album.
Louis said one advantage of making the film was it helped them remember everything that had happened to them in the last few years.
He said: “Because so much is happening to us you kind of just lose it all.
“It’s great just to sit back and watch it back and remember and relive those moments.”
Harry said the film would allow fans to learn more about them, saying: “We just want to show what we’re about and with social media and stuff there’s only so much you can get across in terms of your personality.”
Asked why there was no sex or drugs in the film, he joked: “This is a family press conference.”
And Louis said: “We like to think we’re rock ‘n’ roll but we’re not really.”
Harry said they did not cut many scenes from the film, saying it “was more putting in stuff we remembered we really wanted”.
But Louis said it was difficult to put everything in because “you’ve got five people’s personalities to get across so its actually quite hard”.
Morgan said fans would enjoy seeing how “normal” the band are. He said: “There is no air of superiority, there is no air of success that permeates this movie.
“You see five guys who are the same five guys they were three years ago.”
