What is Blockbuster doing differently than Netflix Movie Rentals?

By offering the option to drop off your movie at your local Blockbuster store, it allows them to check it in that much faster and ship you another movie from your Queue as soon as the next postal business day. Which equals more movies per month. However, getting to the Blockbuster nearest you may be more effort/expense than simply dropping it into the mail. Will this work for you? It just depends on your current situation.
