Sometimes, a performance is so wrong, it is good. Just like a popular movie we can be assured that we will always remember them.

The American Idol show fans all know what we have been speaking about. It is not always the top that are noticed in your head. You have the well-known Carrie Underwood kinds whom stand out and through, but on the other side of the Idol, there are those we don’t forget for… other reasons. As in they can not sing.

Below, is the 10 worst (or dare I say best?) American Idol routines as of yet:

10. Kellie Pickler: “Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered” — She did all three to the viewers with this song. Experts are still trying to figure out how she did it but the answer still stays unknown.

9. David Radford: “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” — David’s spasms round the stage and facial expressions rivaling a clown had us all confused..

8. Lisa Wilson: “Come to My Window” — The former Miss USA competitor really should have stayed with good looks.

7. Rodesia Eaves: “Daydream Believer” — Being the  overlooked individual in Season 1 until she demolished this Monkees song. Shouting and screaming off-key, she completed it (and herself) off with one extremely out-of-tune scream.

6. Ace Young: “Drops of Jupiter” — His star falling fast, Ace tried to rise again in stature on this one. Young’s mistake? His revealing of the “permanent scar tissue” on his chest throughout the matching lyrics. Gag.

5. Jasmine Trias: “It’s Raining Men” — Season Four’s final competitors were a formidable group, save for one contestant from the hawaiian islands.

4. Bobby Bennett: “Copacabana” — Bennett was so oblivious to what the judges needed to see on Idol that he decided to do one of the most overdone karaoke song of all time for his performance.

3. Janay Castine: “Hit ‘Em Up Style (Oops!)” — Emerging as a dark horse in Season 4, Janay’s performance of the Blu Cantrell hit really made America challenge her presence on the program. It turned out kinda frightening!

2. John Stevens: “Crocodile Rock” (below) — One of the greatest guilty pleasures in Idol past was watching John Stevens overcome his quiet nature to do this Elton John classic. The judges called it the worst performance they’d seen.

1. Juanita Barber: “What About the Children” — Juanita, a gospel vocalist, oversang this song concerning the children during Season 2, then threw back at the horrified judges, asking Randy Jackson, “Do you know who I am? You better find out who I am.” What else could earn the #1 spot on this list?
