I have 5 simple requirements regarding the movie the conversion process. After trying a few Video transformation software, the AoA dvd Ripper stands out as the only one tested that could meet my requirements.

1. User interface. Certainly the simplest style and design and the easiest to find out how to use.

2. File Compression/Size. the program by far got the highest compression.

3. Quality. I can see no difference in the quality between the original dvd and the one which AoA dvd Ripper made.

4. There must be a subtitle option.

5. The last but most important – a variety of output video formats. From time to time I would like to watch movies on my ipad 2 or my mobile.

AoA dvd Ripper sports an interface simple enough to use without consulting the Help document and powerful enough to batch copy dvds and convert them for portable devices all in one fell swoop. It will also copy particular and user-defined scenes from movies, which makes it very useful in grabbing a selected scene for further review or entertainment.

The worksheet layout is complemented not by tabs, as is the current style, but by helpful numbered buttons and steps. Export formats include the basics such as AVI, WMV, and MPEG, in addition FLV, MP4 ( iPod, iPhone, iPad, Android Mobile ), PSP, VCD and 3GP. You can even use it to extract music, excellent for grabbing these memorable quotes. The sound codec used is user-determined, as is the video codec, giving the solid software a bit of a boost in the customization department. You may even set the aspect ratio and tweak other configurations if need be.

There’s no need to be an experienced person to get the quality you need since it also provides plenty of well-configured quality presets (frame rate, sound channel, sample rate, etc.) for every output format to meet your professional or casual needs.

I sent a message about a support request and found that their customer service is fast and responsive, and that the registration code works for at least several upgrades. All of this makes AoA a highly recommended dvd ripper. I hope future editions will support the nascent Blu-ray and AoA will make it to the next generation of movie lovers.
