The scarecrow Halloween costume is a must for any Wizard of Oz fanatic ! Who doesn’t fall in love with the bumbling, tumbling scarecrow in this classic movie? The costume is great fun for the silly guy or gal who enjoys being a bit loose and silly but it is also wonderful on the younger kids.
