Second, the car has a V10 which (from a stand still) reaches 100mph in 9 seconds so “any” issues (a sticky throttle)  leaves little to no time to react.Thirdly, The crash took place in an isolated area (no close pedestrian traffic). So let’s “be adult” and leave the accusations to professionals that have “all the facts” and honor the memory of this actor and virtues of the man.
